Unable to Update 777-200LR base model

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I am running windows 10. I have downladed PMDG 777-Base Package for Prepar3D  installer from pmdg website. This version is v1.10.8448

after installtion, and running the pmdg operations center, there is a notification to update it to the latest version which is v1.10.8886.

The download bar appeared for 0.5 second and disappear thereafter. However, the version stays as the old version v1.10.8448.

I have disabled my antivirus and ran the pmdg operations center as an administrator.

Please help thanks.

 Hi Adrina787,

When did you download the 777 from the PMDG website? Could it be you had it on your harddrive for a while? I know that there was a time when you had to uninstall and re-download the latest version from the website during a series of updates. Please check that you have downloaded the last available version.

If this doesn't apply, I recommend you open a ticket with PMDG, they will be happy to help you. (http://support.precisionmanuals.com)

Also, please note that PMDG require all forum users to put their real name in every post on the forum. Recommend to add a signature block to you user profile so that you don't have to type it each time.

Good luck!

You're above the min version (.8414), and you've apparently taken care of the other common thing that gets in the way (AV and admin privileges), so make sure to contact us at support.precisionmanuals.com and attach the pmdg_updater_log.txt file from the %AppData%\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center\Updater folder on your computer.
