No need to redo it every time you re-install MCE or any other speech based app. It's only lost when you delete your user account from the machine, or format C drive. Flows are kept in \My documents\Multi Crew Experience\Myvoicescripts\ folder, and not removed when uninstalling. It's good to backup though in case you need to format C drive or happen to be hit by some hard drive failure. They don't get overwritten either, as we always assume users have edited them.
