I have found that Chase Plane with FSUIPC not work. I Can Change Beetween Presets Pilot View, Outside View, and Static.

 

If I delete FSUIPC then Chase Plane will work

Chase plane with latest version for my sim (different versions exist for fsx/p3d) works fine as long as I make sure I delete all view assignments in FSUIPC that I want to use with CP. CP detects some (but crucially not ALL) conflicting assignments within its configs so make sure you do not have a button assigned twice eg globally and on one aircraft (if also set in FSUIPC then good luck!)
