X-Plane 11 Ortho4XP Help!

I can't get to, such as the quality of orbx.  I watched the necessary videos on the internet and some of them get clear quality but I don't get it. Ortho4xp Base source BI/Arc - Base ZoomLevel 17-18

so...a couple of thoughts. What are you comparing this too? Does you system have enough power to reproduce the ZL18? Some of the images granted does look ok, but not amazing? Post your specs and then also, what area are you creating. We can help I promise.

Also the source may not be that high of zoom level.  I'd say most of the world is ZL15-16

I could get very sharp Ortho4XP using level 16-18, using the default source or USA2, but USA2 quit working on me.  I have since quit using Ortho scenery because I find Xplane11's default scenery so satisfying, but while I used it I enjoyed it.  For Satellite, photoscenery I have MSE for P3DV4 when I am in the mood.
