upgrade from p3dv3 to v4

hi 

 i got a problem  i have upgrade my flightsim from p3dv3 to v4 when i try to  install my pmdg product its installing but i dont get t cant put my serial nr  so the i can do nothing 

someone an idea to solve this problem

Did you completely uninstall version 3 of the PMDG products, as there are separate versions for each product. 32 and 64bit are not interchangeable.

yes i actually  did uninstall the previous versions  but  ther left some maps  from the previous installed version  so i tought its was ok

If all you did was uninstall P3Dv3 and install P3Dv4, your planes are still activated, so there's no reason for the window to pop up. What indication are you getting that they are not working properly?

all screens like shift 1 2 3 4 5 6  stays black and not active

If you're not using the shift commands, do they still work?

when i try to put battery on it does not work at all 

shift commands work yes

no, full version number looks like this > 4.3.29.25520

Better open a ticket from the support portal (support.precisionmanuals.com) in order to check further with the logs
