August 25, 20187 yr Hi All, I am getting a little frustrated with the operations centre. I have had the 737 NGX loaded on my system for quite a while and kept it all up to date. Today I have gone into the operations centre and selected the 737 NGX for FSX:SE, but it is not loading any options to make changes. It appears to want me to buy the program again! Has anyone else experienced this same problem, or got any idea how I can sort it out?
August 25, 20187 yr Welcome to the PMDG forums, please note their rules require us to sign our full name on all posts. If it worked yesterday but is not working today, what changed? If I understand you correctly, the OC behaves as if the NGX is not installed. I have to assume that the NGX is working as expected in FSX. I suggest you contact PMDG directly at Product Support ( http://support.precisionmanuals.com ) and explain on a support ticket. Support accounts are different from sales accounts so you may have to create a support account to open a ticket. They will probably ask for a few log files after communications is established and will get you squared away. Dan Downs KCRP

If the Operations Center does not show the plane as installed, it means the registry entries for that product is removed from the system. Rerun the installer and install on top, this should make the registry entries again. Chris Makris PLEASE NOTE PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at http://forum.pmdg.com
