I fly FS9 since 2004.

I've never before seen snow in Europe at mid summer. Now I see snow at various places, and that is not Always, just at unexpected places and moments.

See the picture below and that is an example of such a place

When you fly across the alps you will find plenty of snow during the summer. 

But I wonder what your screenshot will look like because something tells me its not a picture from Switzerland.

I don't see a "picture below" for some reason but I am going to guess you are using FS2004's default weather. Take a look through this and other forums and you will see that a lot of people are experiencing weather stuck in time for wintery conditions in the Northern Hemisphere. Word is that the Microsoft weather for both FS2004 and FSX is discontinued.

The many other threads on the subject suggest alternative weather services but we do have to accept this game is a bit dated now and none of the alternatives are likely to last for ever.
