Itry to download the SP1d add-on but I have not account on pmdg site. I purchase the737 ngx from aerosoft how can I get the free add-on to my fsx se?

I send an email to pmdg  support  forum a while ago (monday) and until today I didn't received any answer from them.

can someone from pmdg read this topic and can deal with my topic

We do not do email support. Support must go through support.precisionmanuals.com portal.

If you have a DVD version you need to download the full installer from aerosoft support site. We no longer use service packs.

   Visit Aerosoft's support page here http://support.aerosoft.com
     
    If you do not have an account there please create one and login.
     
    Press the Add product and enter your activation ID. When the product is added to your account click the update to download the latest version.

Once the file is downloaded, please follow these instructions to install - note that this is not an update or patch install, it requires a full reinstall of the airplane:

    Uninstall your old versions of the 600/700 (if you own it) and then the 800/900 from Control Panel/Programs and Features.
     
    Make sure you have your desired FSX environment (ie FSX retail alone, FSX:SE alone, or both installed) *before* you install the new version of the PMDG 737NGX.
     
    Run the new installer, it will prompt you to choose FSX retail, FSX:SE or both. Changing these sim install options later will necessitate uninstalling again first, so make sure you have the configuration you want. to avoid reinstalling later. If you own the 600/700 addon through the PMDG download store, you will need to download an updated installer from your PMDG store account and install the 600/700 using that file.

 

Hi I didn't understand what you mean by your answer. in the pmdg download area, there is a possibility to dowoload the SPd1 utility add-on. am I need this add on or not?

becouse I have not weahter radar on my ND so I need the SPd1 tell me if I am worng?

No you do not need the SP. You need to download the latest full installer from aerosoft as per the instructions I sent.

OK  I have the 737 ngx 800 900 so why I need the installer for?

read  post  2, in  short  you need  to uninstall   your old  version of  the  700/ 800 ngx  from  your  pc,  than once you  download  the latest installer  from  aerosoft    account  than  just   install  them  again using  the  installer  you  downloaded
