I am using Xenviro and the correct wind is not updating or displaying on the 750 map.  The wind stays at 0 mph.

There is no such file. Just open Plugin | Dataref Editor and look up:

"sim/cockpit2/gauges/indicators/wind_heading_deg_mag"
"sim/cockpit2/gauges/indicators/wind_speed_kts"

Do they report any wind or not?

This is new to me and I am totally unfamiliar and uncomfortable with it. 

This is perfectly safe and easy: download the plugin, copy the plugin, run X-Plane.

Make sure to download from the official link (my first link above), then review the video along with the explanations in the first link.

This is a powerful tool for X-Plane users and developers alike, and this helps a lot for support too.

Hi Jean-Luc.  I apologize for all the confusion.  I just found out that the problem was a result of XEnviro changing their servers, which required a new download.
