@PMDG support: What is the font used for the tooltips ?

Contact PMDG Product Support to communicate directly with them.  I would presume the tool tips are driven by P3D and it probably uses whatever your Window is set up to be using.

There is no special font, tooltips are rendered by P3D in whatever font P3D uses for tooltips.

behaviour is the same but no tooltips is shown

You shouldn't expect to see tooltips for every switch. Tooltips are implemented only for a few switches/controls that need some extra information to be displayed. For example try the baro/minimums switches, or some of the special clickspots (e.g. the TOGA switch).

Any update on this ????

If you still have that problem on 4.4 you really should get in touch with PMDG via their support ticket system. The forum can probably not help you, we‘ve just shot in the dark the last time. Keep in mind this is mainly a user to user forum and we‘re mostly no professionals on that topic.
