Thank you, this makes it easier!

So what is happening, is a Windows system component (KERNELBASE.dll) is failing due to an invalid floating point exception. I don't have any idea what on your system could cause this, it could be many, from anti-virus, to 'system tools' running in the background, or drivers (audi/video mostly).

I can't help but noticing these though:

Dumping info for module C:\Program Files\Alienware\AWSoundCenter\UserInterface\AWSoundCenterDevProps.dll
Dumping info for module C:\Program Files\Alienware\AWSoundCenter\UserInterface\AWSoundCenterOSD.dll

This means you are running an audio-related software, most likely to offer on-screen-display, which gets injected in every single process/application you run. You might want to explore this avenue and find if you could disable this.

Same thing here. In my case it doesn't go past the "CONTINUE" screen. Sometimes goes to black, sometimes it stays frozen.

I've literally tried everything and haven't gotten it to work. I'm so dissapointed that I bought this product for a few months and still havent gotten it to work even after uninstalling, reinstalling, uninstalling AGAIN, updating, re-installing. It's getting a bit frustrating. Feel like my money was stolen from me...

the last time you've reported the issue was with v2.5.7 back in November... We're are v2.5.11 now. Can you confirm you've downloaded and installed v2.5.11 since then? Furthermore, like some other customers are doing in this discussion, can you please post the content of the RXP log files?

I've done all possible proceidures to get it working. Even uninstalled the whole thing (XPlane incluided) and reinstalled everything, still nothing. Here are my specs:

 

Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming

Intel Core i5-7300HQ

8GB RAM
