Hi guys!

Yesterday my mom bought me the PMDG 737 NGX I installed it but, it doesn't appear how it should be

The panels aren't working, gauges also aren't working, engines doesn't seem to work. Also the Thrust levers are at full power idk why. Please help me i always wanted to fly a pmdg.

If you submit a Ticket to PMDG, which is totally different to your PMDG account, then they will help you resolve this issue, I'm fairly sure.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Please note that full names - first and last - are required to be typed into your post on the PMDG forums. It is recommended to include your first and last name in your forum signature, that way you never have to worry about it.

As for the issues you are having. Possibly an activation issue? Best to send a ticket to PMDG at https://support.precisionmanuals.com/

Hello Catalin,

This is a registration issue.. therefore you‘ll have to submit a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com, they will help you on this. You will have to register a support account, it‘s different from the store account. This is a user-to-user forum and we can‘t do anything on registration issues. 

 

Edit: this forum will drive me crazy one day... you would think previous answers were shown to you on the mobile?! Nooo... first theres a looong white area with nothing... you type an answer, send it and after that you notice that your answer comes after several earlier answers... avsim -.- really cant wait for PMDG to launch their own forum -.-
