No mail received from PMDG

Hi,

I don't receive any mail from PMDG then I try to login to my account or then I try to create a support account.

Curt, please do not expect an instant response. They will, as they did with my Ticket. Just need a bit of patience. Hope this assuages you.

Please check your spam folder, junk folder. Support and store accounts are two different systems. If you do not receive any email from either this means something is blocking them in your system.
