datalink not working

I have followed the guide to load a route via the datalink but there is no route available please see the attachment picture

I don't thin Datalink will give you a route. Have you actually exported a PMDG rte. plan to your PMDG flightplan folder so it can detect it?

I do not have the Expansion at the current moment, but have you created a flightplan either within FS/P3D(as you do not state the sim), or either through a flighplanner software such as PFPX, then exported it to PMDG? Only then will you be able to use that Datalink, etc.

Signing into datalink doesn't give you routes. It gives you access to routes. They must be in the folder as has always been the requirement.

In other words, the datalink login is now simulated. It doesn't automatically build routes for you.
