I just scanned it with Windows defender.  It's 100 percent clean.

Is yours up-to-date?

Not sure why your Windows defender would give a different result than mine.

To update, since you scared me hahahah, we've scanned the file with multiple different virus scanners and no issues detected.

We submitted a false positive report to Microsoft.

I bypassed the warning and installed it anyway. So far nothing has hijacked my computer and demanded Bitcoin ransom...

You had a false positive.

I sent the file to Microsoft and they updated their Window's defender definitions file accordingly.

I was actually impressed by how quick Microsoft responded to that.  Good job Microsoft 🙂
