October 24, 20187 yr Hi, Trying to install the S340 and when I enter the serial I get an error code 405 and it tells me ‘invalid serial’. Carenado suggest I turn off firewalls etc. I did that with the same results. I have many other Carenado aircraft so can’t imagine it’s on my end, but you never know. Any suggestions gratefully received. Many thanks! Rich.
