You will need to create a checklist with Garmin software named Garmin Checklist Editor software.  There is a footnote on page 8 of the Reality XP User Manual with the link to the Garmin software.

That being said, in order for the Checklist function to show in the GTN menu structure you must have a valid "checklist.gtn" file in the main aircraft folder for the aircraft you have loaded.  On my system I do have a checklist for the RealAir Turbine Duke v2 in the following location.

C:\fsx\SimObjects\Airplanes\RealAir Duke Turbine V2\checklist.gtn

But if I load my Carenado F406 Caravan II with GTN the Checklists selection does not show in the menu because I do not have a checklist for that particular aircraft.

All of this is explained on page 8 of the user manual.

If you search the web you may find compliant checklist.gtn  files for the aircraft you are using.

I have solved the problem of the chcklist, but in gtn 6.5, in home appears traffic and weather and in the xpreality they are not enabled.

@jirs traffic and weather requires connecting a TCAD device and a WX Radar. The former ships with the GTN and is only an option away from you. The later is not included.
