November 5, 20187 yr Good afternoon all. Can't remember if MCE menu bar should be visible in full screen....i keep losing it when going full screen. Searched the forum, and looked through the ini file with no luck. Thank you.

In FSX, it won't and you need to either switch to window mode or say "display control panel" to temporarily view it. You only need MCE UI to set your preferences.
