For AI traffic you can get the special paint job from this site.  It is for the FAIB model.   You will have to convert the textures for application to the FS9 version of the FAIB B737 model.

That's actually were I first found that livery and was hoping to maybe get a flyable one

My bad. I do appreciate you showing me that. Yeah I was hoping to get a flyable model preferably a freeware one but I will donate for the time and effort I know its not easy to make these livery and that a lot of time and effort go in to making them.
