Hole in the Ground

Featured Replies

Check out these shots of some weird looking scenery. Take off at Barksdale AFB (KBAD) in Bossier Louisiana and follow the river north and you will see this wierd hole in the ground. It,s probably supposed to be something real but it kinda looks funny the way it turned out lol.EDIT: Images posted violate our size restrictions. Please adhere to our policies on images.

Nope - it's Millwood Lake near Ashdown Arkansas - some folks say Hope, Arkansas.I can assure you the real lake does not look anything like this.It was discovered the day FS2004 was released - and fixes posted on the web within a week.Look for a scenery fix for this and several others in the library - search for scenery fixes.

Cool thanks. I figured it was something that had already been addressed but i thought it was funny anyways lol

Grab a float plane and try to fly out of it! See how long it takes.I first saw the one in Arkansas and was curious if one could fly their way out.Yes you can.Jim

Speaking of weird holes in the ground, try taking off from SESM in a medium jet. After a few mountain crashes, I finally succeeded in IFDGs A321. Kinda funny :-)
