November 14, 20187 yr I am versions behind. The Operations Center is not updating and I keep getting the same message that updates are available. I have downloaded the latest version from my account page, however when running the installer I am getting "Feature Transfer Error", and some other stuff....component DEM, File: <Folder_SIM2>, Error : Filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. Dave Catalani You are not uninstalling the old version and you try to install on top I am guessing.
