FSX-MS PMDG 777 Autothrottle won't/can't disconnect

Hi everyone, first of all, sorry if this has been posted before, there are so many posts about autopilot not disconnecting, but none about the autothrottle. 

 

When I switch on my autopilot, it switches on everything (including autothrottle) but when I switch it off, only the autothrottle remains on. I have tried everything to try switch this off, but nothing works. It seems to engage right after takeoff by itself sometimes and it only disengages when I touch the ground and have brakes and reversers on.
 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to turn off the autothrottle switch itself. The autothrottle switch isn’t linked to the autopilot to turn on or off when you disengage the autopilot. The switch is labeled A/T.
