Reinstalling FSXSE to Programs (86x)?

Featured Replies

Read the PMDG Intro: not to load into default Program/Program (86x). Unable to change the default in Steam library----I realize this is a Steam issue and I'm awaiting answer from their Forum.

But it seems like my last install WAS into C:/ program (86)  and all worked fine.

It's meant to say that you should avoid it.

Also: you can definitely select a place in your Steam Library. You can do this per game: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7418-YUBN-8129

The issues you'll run into are explained in the Intro, if I recall correctly. If you don't have issues, then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
