The old uiautomationcore.dll chestnut

Ok, Brand new upgrade, everything installed and FSX will crash 

I believe its the uiautomationcore.dll file

Can someone tell me if the following is the correct way to install the file.

1. Download uiautomationcore.dll

2. go to the download folder

3. Copy the uiautomationcore.dll file

4. go to the fsx folder and paste the file.

5. Start up FSX and everything should work.

Is that the correct way of installing uiautomationcore.dll file?

i am on windows 8.1 64 bit 

Thank you for any help, Its just placing the file that i need to get right.
