I'm unable to get the new Fixer (v3.5) from Flightsim Store so tried to download the latest version of Cloud Shadows to update it. However, the link that I was sent when I ordered it points to the new download at Fastspring but but it seems to be just waiting for the download to start and nothing else happens. Is there a problem with the site?

All products at fastspring are available for 21 days from purchase or a further 21 days every time there is an update.  I would imagine that cloudshadows 1.10 currently is outside those 2 windows.  

When that is the case you need to ask me to reset the download for you which I am happy to do but I need your order number that starts STEnnn Nb please don’t post your license.

That's a little odd, it didn't need resetting and it suggests that you downloaded earlier today.  To be on the safe side I have reset it and downloaded it myself using your download link so its certainly now working ok. Can you retry the download?

Oddly, it worked first attempt this time. Thanks for your help anyway.
