Solid overcast and raining but still have shadows

Why?  Despite sold overcast and raining with external view my aircraft looks like it is bathed in full sunlight.

Hi Bruce,

Have you looked at the Cloud shadows setting yet? Make sure it's checked. It could also be a shader issue. Purging the shaders folder might remedy that.

Thank you cloud shadows an obvious point when you think about it but a point of difference with FSX that I have been overlooking.
