Hi,

First, there is no haste to get a refund, re-purchase, get a refund, re-purchase etc.. you have a 30 days windows and lots of resources available here for you within that time frame. Give us a chance to help you and you to learn in the process.

There is a problem with your Windows system, no our product. It took me roughly 5 minutes online search with the error message you're describing to get, after reviewing a dozen or so pages, the one which most likely will guide you through your Windows system error:
