How about repairing Windows?  Your symptoms point to something being messed up with Windows.

😬 I really do not like this option 😂 may be I had to do that... but I think at last.

may be you get a look in my Trace_File.log 

Until today I was not able to solve the problem with the blank speech output tab in the config settings. The log tells me something about an format exception error when loading frmP2AMain.

Hi,

uninstalled and installed. Changed language setting again. Log: is clean now, but I am unable to select voices or another speech output device. Man, I am going crazy 🙂

GOT IT...... YEEEESSSSSS 🙂

I had to delete all voices first and had to uninstall  the Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime 11 (x86 and x64).

After reboot I installed it again and than Bingo: I can use Pilot2ATC and I have access to all config settings...
