Hi,

     I recently installed the 737 ngx from PMDG and as soon as I selected the aircraft and loaded in with the default flight settings of weather, time, and airport, all I see after I press the start flight button is a black screen with my mouse cursor. No other windows of incorrect license or anything. Just a blank, boring screen. All my other aircraft work perfectly fine and I have done a complete uninstall and reinstall with the aircraft and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

your  best bet is  to  raise  a support  ticket  which is  a  separate sign in if  you havnt  done  so before

Beside that,

how long did you wait? I sometimes have to wait for a minute or more for the scene to appear when I installed new aircraft or changed the shaders, HDR and so on, depending on the change and (it seems) the resolution of the cockpit.
