Updates for RealityXP products?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I purchased from F1 these Reality XP products
914597     Oct 2, 2011     RealityXP - Reality XP Garmin GNS 530 WAAS
916406     Oct 10, 2011     RealityXP - Flight Line N - FSX
916408     Oct 10, 2011     RealityXP - Flight Line T - FSX

I wonder if it is possible to have an update of these products directly from RealityXP given the fact that F1 dont offer these product any more?
If this question is not appropriate for this forum I would like an email to the sales department of Reality XP. I could not findt it on your webpage.

Best Regards

Lars

Hi,

Just to clear this one up: you are always purchasing genuine Reality XP products from Reality XP, and our products are distributed using an e-commerce solution from F1.

Now back to your question: we've acknowledge FLT and FLN are high in our list for a V2 indeed.

As for the legacy GNS we are not planning to 'update' this old product. We're now offering GNS V2 which goes well beyond the legacy in every ways.

Should you are looking for the e-commerce installers, it has been answered already in our forums:

Hi again,

These avionics I purchased in 2011 will probably not work in my P3Dv4. Is there an update price for loyal customers?

There is no update price because there is no FLT/N for P3D4!

As for the GNS, we've had discount coupons more than a  year ago for our loyal customers, then Black Friday coupons in 2017, then Black Friday / End of Year 2018 coupons.

Our current offer is:

Complete your collection and save 50% on the 2nd product!*
