AP Enunciator Panel F50

Hi All:

Running FSX and Falcon V1.5 with the .mdl trial file. I have flown 2 RNAV approaches the last few days and they are working fine but I noticed that the APPR button on the AP panel no longer displays APPR and GPS as it did earlier. The AP worked fine and flew the RNAV LPV fine but that annunciator was reassuring as one approaches the pseudo glide slope intercept. Have we lost that?

Rick,

I'm using the trial .MDL file in FSX-SE and don't see that problem.  I assume you have the RNAV approach activated and the GPS is in the GPS mode, not VLOC.

Hi Al:

I'm running FSX boxed with Falcon V1.5 and the trial .mdl file. I fly the approach with the AP in NAV  and the GTN task bar showing GPS or NAV, don't remember which, but not VLOC. When we reach the FAF (sometimes IAF) the GTN switches to LPV, turns onto the runway heading, and I select APPR on the AP to activate the G/S capture. Earlier the APPR button would show GPS APPR, now everything is out except ALT. However as the G/S bug descends, the aircraft follows the glide slope and the track. But strangely, the annunciations are out.

I'll try a few more but since I saw it twice, thought I should report.

Rick
