zibo mod wont turn on ground

Featured Replies

Just installed zibo and I'm using a joystick for yaw (don't have peddals), one thing I noticed is that the plane wont turn on the ground, it would seem like my stick is not programmed, but it is, this only happens with zibo mod. Andy body know if there is a setting I would need to change? Any ideas?

thanks.

By default, nosewheel steering limited to about 7 degrees using the rudder channel as in the real aircraft.  Use the tiller or link NWS to the rudder (or ailerons if you prefer) using the settings option on the tablet.

There is an option somewhere in the hardware settings to set the rudder to yaw on the joystick if you don't have rudder pedals. Annoyingly I need to this each time I load the sim. Its a pity there is no easy way to save my settings (that I can see). Anyway, a small complaint for an amazing piece of freeware.

Oh but there is, although it's not very clear.  Go to page 2 of the main menu - it's a rather fiddly click spot on the right hand edge of the tablet - and you'll find the option there.
