There is no description of the problem here, if you are having license validation problems you should submit a support ticket.

I try to do a reinstall. Its gets as far as asking to make changes and then does nothing. Try to do a complete add and removed from system. Not listed as a program to remove.

As Dan adviced, a trouble ticket is probably the best way to go then. They can help on those issues.
