Reset Password Email Issues

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows and many of my FS software. Unfortunately, when I request a password reset email via the Oldprop website, the email does not arrive.

I have tried multiple times and also submitted a support request via the oldprop website.

I have double checked my SPAM and JUNK mail  folders and do not find anything there.

I have also had several other password email reset from other websites due to the same issue (reinstall Windows) and all of them have arrived...so I'm sure it is not my email.

I would not normally post here at the Chase Plane support, but I don't know what else to do...

I have sent a PM to Keven in the hopes that he can help  me out...

Make sure to check your spam folder. The email should be there. I suggest you go to the source and check the spam from the mail provider by going on their website to see your email.

Thank you, but that is not it. I am going to their website...

I have submitted a support ticket and I am hoping for help...

I would greatly appreciate if you could help me...
