February 25, 20197 yr I am struggling with my camera configurations in FSX "aircraft.cfg" and I have a simple question: What is the difference between [cameradefinition.1] and cameradefinition.001] ? I am reading in the SDK these different indexes. Thanks regards, Alhard, FS-Pilot since 1980, WIN7, FS9-FSX-P3Dv45, 3 PCs, 6 Monitors, IVAO, Helicopter, Airbus, VFR

Still, you should make sure to keep the camera definitions numerically consistent (= no duplicates). So to be on the safe side, treat them as equal. The more important bits are the GUID - that is the "fingerprint" of the camera definition and must be unique - and the "title" to properly identify the camera in the GUI.
