Check out my article and link to the "shared skies" video over at SimHQ.com. Just posted today.Hornit

Jim,You mentioned DVDs (plural) in your article. Any idea of how many DVDs?The more the merrier I say, but I'm wondering how much disk space I'm going to need.I've also included the address for those too lazy to look it up.http://www.simhq.com/_air7/air_237a.htmlMike.

Two DVD's. I actually made the huge error of thinking this is common knowledge by now. Sorry about that. I did talk about this on the page with the shared skies video link though. Its going to be in the 13-14G install size I believe. They are using most of the real estate on those DVD's. My current install sits at around 21G at the moment :)Hornit

Thanks for the info. I should have run a search through the forum, but there's so much info available now. I don't know how some of you guys keep up with it all.I guess FS9 shipped with no more than 2.5 GB, so 13-14 GB is quite a boost. My FS9 install occupies about 25 GB now, so who knows how much space FSX will use 2 or 3 years from now? If I can expect a ten fold increase then that will be my entire hard disk!I'll have to uninstall FS9 at least.Mike.

The Delux version includes a few nice enhancements as well. ATC position in multiplayer, G1000 instruments and 40 enhanced detail airports (regular has only 20).
