Data Link No Comms Error

Hi All

I am using prepar3dv4 with PMDG 747-400 and Active Sky for P3Dv4, on windows 10

I believe I have all the setting correct, because they are the same as my pc setup, (this is about my install on a laptop).

I have been through the FMC options on the aircraft. After starting all the software and using Active sky in realtime mode,

and populating my FMC with the flight plan. I attempt to upload the weather data, and destination wind data and always

get the FMC message Data Link No Comm.

I dont get this on the PC. what am i doing wrong.

Please Sign your posts with your real name, Also PMDG forum has moved to their dedicated website Forum at https://forum.pmdg.com and to answer your question, Have you setup Center CDU Dlink setting? you have to go through a bit of procedure to activate DLink in the latest version of 747 Update.
