Opps... sorry. Carenado C310R. Just bought it. After owning FSX since it came out, the C310 is the smoothest plane I have flown yet. Really nice.

Thanks Kowen.

mypupdaisey, The reason I asked is your reference to needing a better autopilot.  The KAP 140 autopilot in the MIlviz C310R "Redux" is highly sophisticated, as is the aircraft itself, so did not seem to meet your description.  (Redux = their second version of the 310).

Was not aware of the Carenado 310.

Nice 310, but I wanted something known to work with a Garmin GTN 640 or 750.

Well, this is the best I could do for right now. I was able to add the standard C172 AP as a Window. Pretty easy. I then started work to get it into the VC. This got messy fast. I stopped once I got it added to the radio stack, but I had to remove a radio... the DME suffered. I will add the DME as a window later, but I'm tired and ready to fly. As you can see, the DME knobs are still there. I looked through the radio CAB file and couldn't find the knobs. I even completely removed the entire radio stack from the VC but the knobs were still there. In time I might find how to get them out, but for now this will do. I don't think asking Carenado about it will go anywhere LOL. I'm sure that would be a no Bueno. As it is I asked about exporting Little Navmap data and forcing the flight plan into the Diamond DA62 G1000 of theirs.... ummm, that was a NO... hahahaha. Well, my thought was in real life you can use a iPad to import flight plans to a G1000, so I thought you should be able to import one, but not happening at this time (probably never).

Here's the pics of what I did. Don't laugh to much but this is what I'm using for now.

The DME knobs are part of the 3d model, you cannot remove them.. maybe another BK autopilot will look better in its place, like the Carenado Baron autopilot for example.  It has an altitude knob that might look OK..
