April 17, 20197 yr ❓On Autoland about 1500 agl, the first officer says rad out or something to that effect. Can anyone tell me what this means?
April 17, 20197 yr More than likely He is saying Rad Alt, as in "Radio Altimeter" has come alive and is now displaying on the PFD, It used to be a company standard call by the PNF on the A320, but the difference was on the bus it displayed at 2500' AGL and may well be case here on the Trippler, I'd Start looking in that direction for the answer anyway.
