Help!! No Sound

Featured Replies

I've been playing FSX SE for about 2 months now on a PC running windows 10 pro. The game has been working fine until recently when the engine sounds on all the planes stopped working. The other sounds like warnings and ATC are all working fine but i just can't hear any plane's engines. I deleted and reinstalled the game thrice and even checked the sound card but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the slider for engine sound in your settings?  Welcome to the AVSIM forum!

Try pressing the "Q" key on your keyboard.  Sometimes FSX / FSX:SE gets muted, and if that's the case in your situation then pressing the "Q" key  once or twice will resolve this.

I'm all good now. I  had to re-install windows on my PC cause none of the solutions were working.
