Runway Lights = Blurry Blobby Mess

I was doing a night time approach yesterday. All the runway lights were a blurry mess, with huge blobs. I have Ultimate Terrain Europe from Flight1 installed, and the airport was Aerosoft Nice Airport. 

Any ideas as to what might be going on?

Too much bloom? Is there a configuration menu for lighting within Ultimate Terrain Europe? Could that interfere with the payware airport lighting? Can that be configured also?
