May 18, 20197 yr Thanks fro sharing I subscribed. BTW, is this the hotfix that's supposed to improve frame rates? Regards, Polymerman http://www.ureach.com/polymermanhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu_zeEUvH6_33EI0tuBTfRw
May 18, 20197 yr Author Hey thanks, Yes 4.5 HotFix1 (version 4.5.12) does resolve the frames rate issues introduced with the original v4.5.11 release. However it your looking for an overall increase in fps over 4.4, then no... as it is about the same, maybe a few frames less overall as has been the case for releases since I started with version 4.3 (i.e. 4.3 was a few frames faster than 4.4 and 4.4 was a few frames faster than 4.5 HF1). That said there are improvements that make it more usable, loading times where sceneries with lots of library objects are in use is hugely improved, I also get less massive pause / frame drops, and night lighting is much improved, I can turn on my headlights and actaully see in front. Anyway I feel LM should focus their target on perfomance for their next release, get the fps up and try and make the framerate more stable, no point in adding more features at the trade off of performance.
