May 23, 20197 yr On 21-05-16 I purchased GNS-530 WAA. Today I reinstalled the product again.Unfortunately there is a problem,the screen of GNS-500 WAAS is transparent and it is not possible to start the product.See screen shot below. What is wrong ? May 24, 20197 yr Hi, this product has limited support now, but you might find useful information in the log files. These are found in "My Documents" and usually start with 'rxp'
