GNS-530 WAAS problems

On 21-05-16 I purchased GNS-530 WAA.

Today I reinstalled the product again.Unfortunately there is a problem,the screen of GNS-500 WAAS is

transparent and it is not possible to start the product.See screen shot below.

What is wrong ?

this product has limited support now, but you might find useful information in the log files. These are found in "My Documents" and usually start with 'rxp'
