I have tried every possible way to reinstall fs2crew for PMDG 737 program will not recognize that I have the airplane installed.

When you ran the installer, did the FS2Crew installer "auto-detect" the location of your FSX or P3D folder.

I'm guessing not, which means you have some kind of registry issue.

Try manually pointing the installer folder to the root FSX / P3D folder.
