Thank you, this helps clarifying the situation:

The GTN plugin detects you've installed the Garmin GTN trainer 6.50.1 in E:\.... and its database files in C:\.... However, it fails to find any relevant Garmin GTN trainer files in these locations.

Have you by any chance moved the trainer files around once it was installed, or, have you once install the trainer to these locations then decided to re-install the trainer in another location?

Hello

Thanks for your technical diagnostic. I wanted everything to be in my E:\ should I move the RXP database files to the E;\ also to solve the problem? I had moved the trainer to the E:\ since I want all my Flight Simulation related software on my E:\...... This is a dedicated SSD for my Flight Simulation software.

Regards

The best way to answer your question:

Would you expect Windows to run if you move the C:\Windows\System32 folder to another drive?

Just don't move files around once installed, instead if the installer prompts for install location, use this (there is a reason an installer prompts for a location besides conveniency). Although X-Plane is a self-contained installation folder with the advantage of relocating/moving the entire X-Plane folder to any drive, and our plugin files in the Plugins folder are fine with this, it is not the case for programs which are installing on the computer.

NB: many users are reporting the Garmin trainer is not fine when being installed in other folders than their defaults.

If you really need to make space on the drive and move the installation elsewhere then, please open and read the RXP GTN User's Manual, "Configuring Alternate Path" chapter.

Hello Jean-Luc

I did a complete uninstall and redid the commercial reinstall leaving all the default installer locations. Unfortunately, I am still having the Black Screen Display on my GTN750. See below log.

Hello Jean-Luc

Thank you so much for the update. I do appreciate all your responses and help in trying to resolve my GTN750 black Screen issue. Unfortunately, my problem still exists. I wanted to send you a screen picture of my issue showing the Garmin Black screen but I am unable to attach pictures here. Below are my latest  rxpGtnSim.dll log and my registry entries for the Garmin. I am thinking should I delete the trainer folders and reinstall it with your link in this post

Are you sure the registry key is spelled with a 'space' between 'Bin' and 'Path'?
