The discussion I've linked to above also shows some of the expected files in each respective folders. Can you cross check what is where?

I did a complete reinstall it is in the C. Is there a way I can show you my screen pictures here so that you can see my file locations or maybe another way to get my screen pictures to you to make it easier to see what going on. I also use Team viewer for situation like this to make things progress a lot faster.

Again please look into my recommended post:

it shows expected default registry key/values, and expected files found in the path referenced by the registry key/values.

Can you just cross check you find the same files in the same locations under the same registry keys?

There are no other GTN750 Folders/Files in my E:/Xplane partition except for the GTN750 Plugin as shown in screen shot above. If you require any other screen shot pictures for files location just let me know .. Hope these helps.
