Something I’d love to see in the new sim is the simulation of winds blowing up or down   slopes (anabatic/katabatic).

This would make flying gliders but also mountain flying with lighter aircraft much more real.

Gliders, now we are talking fun again. Hope you can turn on seeing the thermals really well this time. We can only hope. I spent hours trying to fly the mission's in FSX when I first came to the game late in 2009 🙂 I think ACES Studio got shut down the following Spring 2010, I think? But man was it fun flying the gliders. It still is at times.
