July 11, 20196 yr Ok i'll try to explain the best I can with everything I have done so far. 2 days ago I had updated to the latest version by using the auto updater in the start menu. As soon as the update had done the GTN750 would not show up on the 3D panel of any aircraft, Payware or otherwise. I then uninstalled everything to do with the GTN750 downloaded the installer again from the website and reinstalled, and nothing the 750 would only display as a 2D panel and would be completely black no buttons working, nothing. I then uninstalled XP11 and started with that again and ran through the same process as above and again, nothing. I then contacted Laminar who put me on to the Steam version instead of the stand-alone version and then followed the process above again, and yet again nothing. This time I deleted everything I could find from the program data folders program files folder, EVERYTHING and started again from scratch and again, nothing all I get is a 2D panel and a black screen. So this time I installed the 750 but in a different location (main XP folder) but during the installation I get an Error 404 so I can now not download the garmin trainer for this. I have just about tried everything for this and am now here after following multiple post guides and achieving exactly nothing. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA

July 11, 20196 yr Craig, Craig, This is user to user. I am not an RXP support person. First, be patient. Avsim is a great place, but give it and Reality XP time to work. We are spread all around the world, thus not all in the same time zone. Please do not start multiple posts that are identical or about the same issue. Please keep it tight, and patient. Garmin recently updated their GTN Trainer. The Reality GTNs utilize that trainer. The trainer is a Garmin product. When Garmin posts such an update, especially one with new features, it takes some time for Reality XP to gain back full compatibility with it's product.. In the meantime, the routine in the Reality XP installation process to download and install the Garmin Trainer may indeed install the new trainer. That may cause interim problems for new purchasers or for those users updating their Reality XP GTNs. There are other topics posted here already about this current issue. Please find them and read through them. You may be able to resolve your issue by uninstalling the Garmin Trainer that installed on your system, and then installing a previous version of the Garmin Trainer. I suggest you read the following topic, which I believe is positioned as the first topic in the list here in this forum.
