On saying "set standard" PM give erroneous alt call out. The "now" is nearly always 400ft short of actual altitude at standard altimeter setting. Have I missed something?

After saying set standard, did you set your altimeter to standard?

What was the transition altitude?

Are you using any programs that alter weather?

Trans Alt was 5000'. Using ActiveSky with VATSIM injection. 

 

On today's flight I went from STD to the local QNH at LGZA of 1013mb and still the callout (14000) was 400 ft below the altimeter reading.

As was the IAF call out (3000) which was given at 3400'

I can't reproduce it, but I wonder if the 3rd party weather injection is changing something...
