"Database Not Found"

Featured Replies

"Database Not Found" is the message I get when booting up the Reality XP GTN 750 in X-Plane 11. The Garmin GTN 750 Trainer is installed and working fine. I've tried nearly ever setting in xplane's plugin options and even uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. I'm at a loss! Help Please. Nick

Hi,

Can you confirm you've also installed the Database package, in addition to the GTN trainer?

Can you also confirm you're using the latest RXP GTN v2.5.19.1 ?

Hi,

Do you have any particular issue with the DB?

Otherwise, it is supposed to be automatically installed with the trainer.

So far I have installed all trainers and yet nothing. I tried reinstalling it twice.

Hi,

When you install the Garmin trainer launcher, it will also download and install the database files.

Are you trying to install on another drive than "C" ? It is possible there is a bug with the Garmin installer in this case, but you can still manually configure the RXP solution to use any folder where to find the database files. It is documented in the RXP User's Manual.
